Dock hands / Gas attendants: Maintaining clean and safe docks, assisting customers with any issues they may have while docking their boat, and taking food orders from dock customers. Assist in docking gas customers' boats properly, pumping gas, and taking payments while following all DEP safety procedures. Perform all opening and closing procedures.
Floor retail staff: Organizing and properly presenting all retail to customers, cleanliness and upkeep of inventory, making sure all inventory is properly packaged at all times, assisting customers in any and all questions they may have, having knowledge of what Main Lake Market sells and where in the store it can be located.
Cashiers: Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service, welcoming and greeting customers, maintaining a properly balanced cash drawer, light cleaning duties while maintaining a clean workspace.

- Hosts are often quite literally the first person a customer will come into contact with either in person or by phone. Just like a host of a party, a Windlass host must greet guests as if we have been waiting for them to arrive all day long. Kind, professional and immediate recognition of customers entering our door is a must.
- Hosts must know the menu, daily specials, general restaurant information, table sections, dining room stations, and fellow FOH employees on duty
- Hosts manage the phones, take reservations, record messages and answer customer questions
- Hosts will take coats and packages from customers (birthday cakes, decorations being dropped off, etc…)
- On occasion a host may be asked by the manager on duty to assist with service, cleaning tables, maintain the dining room
