    Come Join Our Team!

    The Windlass is seeking driven, hardworking and dedicated individuals to join our team! We are happily accepting applications for the spring and summer season. Restaurant experience is preferred but not required.

    *Must be 16 or older and have weekend and occasional holiday availability*

    Full and part time positions available.

    GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:

    Must be able to work in a fast paced environment. Duties include the washing and sanitizing of all dishes, garbage and recycling disposal, keeping the dish area clean and free of debris, light prep work if needed.

    KITCHEN:

    Basic kitchen duties such as making sauces, dressings, preparing vegetables for salads and sandwiches, assisting all stations with any prep needs. Maintaining a clean and sanitary work station. Must have ability to lift 50+lbs, endure standing for long periods of time, work in a fast paced environment, and multi-task.

    GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:

    Fry: In charge of stock and prep of fry side. Must be comfortable using a deep fryer. Multitasking a must.

    Sauté: Duties include cleaning meats and seafood for station, stocking and prepping meats, seafood, vegetable and sauces for station. Maintaining a neat and sanitary station, cooking multiple items in a fast paced work environment.

    Grill: Duties include preparing all vegetables, bread, sauces and meats. Must be able to cook meat to desired temps. Maintaining a neat and sanitary work station, multitasking, working in a fast paced environment.

    KITCHEN:
