    Reports to: Executive Head Chef

    Position Summary:

    The Windlass Pizza Chef is expected to make delicious pizzas based on both traditional and modern recipes. Pizza Chef responsibilities include preparing pizza dough, slicing and chopping toppings like vegetables and meats and executing customers’ orders considering special requests. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with various pizza types and be available to work during business hours. Must have ability to lift 50+lbs, endure standing for long periods of time, work in a fast-paced environment, and multi-task. Ultimately, you will help increase client satisfaction by preparing high-quality pizzas.

     

    Below are the Windlass’ responsibilities and requirements (in no particular order) for the Pizza Chef position:

    - Garnish and prepare dishes for presentation as needed
    - Promptly deliver each course as it is prepared to the correct table and in seat order

    A Busser works primarily in the front of the house and is required to tend to many needs of the dining room before, during and after service. Bussers assist the servers in keeping the customer’s needs met.  They also help to keep a clean and properly maintained dining room. A Bussers speed and efficiency helps turn over tables contributing to increased sales volume.  As Bussers have direct contact with customers, it is important that they speak clearly and make eye contact with colleagues and customers alike. Bussers also play a role in helping maintain and uphold sanitation and cleanliness standards.
